Psalm 91 is perhaps the single most widely read, and quoted, scripture passage concerning divine protection. It is, in fact, 'stock-in-trade' for virtually any preacher, teacher, commentator, or writer dealing with the subject. It is also the best writing in scripture relating to the idea of a place of intimate fellowship and communion with God.
