Author Biography
Anne was a teacher for twenty years before she became a full-time writer. She did not start writing books till she was about 30 years old, and she has since written over twenty award-winning and best-selling teen novels, including Looking for JJ which was shortlisted for the Whitbread Award and the Carnegie Medal, and won the Booktrust Teenage Book Award in 2004.
