The Run Alpha Kit includes the key resources to plan, promote, and run Alpha for the Alpha administrator, team, and guests. It includes two DVD options: The Alpha Film series, released in 2016 which is an interactive version of the Alpha talks that features Nicky Gumbel along with two new presenters, Toby Flint and Gemma Hunt, along with multiple interviews and guest stories; and Alpha with Nicky Gumbel, released in 2015, presents Alpha pioneer Nicky Gumbel delivering the Alpha talks live at Holy Trinity Brompton Church. Both of these DVDs include two required team training sessions on how to lead an Alpha small group and how to lead prayer ministry, each of which are 30 minutes in length. Alpha makes it easy to invite friends to have spiritual conversations which explore life's biggest questions in a safe and respectful way. Alpha's approach to hospitality, faith and discussion is designed to welcome everyone, especially those who might not describe themselves as Christians or church-goers. Each session includes time for a large group meal, short teaching, and small group discussion.
