Easy to swallow pills. Such a brilliantly cheap price. Lost lots of weight while training for my tournaments with the help of these. Also helps to cycle on and off of them so you don't become immune to its effects.

Ive tried this product before in the past and while using this product and lowering my sugar intake I was able to loose 9kg in a month and a half, first product that actually worked for me and happy to keep using it.

The first time I tried this, I was on an empty stomach for a few hours before I ate. I felt very sick and dizzy. Second time I took this I ate breakfast soon after and felt perfectly fine, until bedtime, I couldn't sleep all night. Body felt weird and hot.

I do eat a fairly controlled diet and do cardio everyday, but I can't say I would recommend it for everyone.

Been cutting fine w/o fat burners and I think I stick to that way.

Started taking the product, started feeling different within an hour, gives me a good mind set pre work out, with the power to go home and apply myself to my routines. Water is the big key. Really love this product.

After using it for a month and following the directions incl. a healthy diet and regular exercise I have been unable to lose any weight or fat like the box said HOWEVER I more long lasting energy than before.

Pretty much does what it says on the box. I didn't get hit by a tonne of energy, just a constant boost throughout the day. More energy + faster metabolism = fat burning. Make sure you drink plenty of water throughout the day.

I have been skeptical with fat burners as they seem to be a magic pill. However, with Ripped freak it really helped me with my cut. I managed to lose 4kgs within a month with this plust my training schedule. Not only that, it also gives you an energy boost which is great for long uni days. The only fat burner I would recommend.

Have not yet noticed any fat lose but have stopped eating a lot of extra food/junk food, also noticed an increase in exercise intensity & duration since starting to take these capsules.

I only took it for 5 days, did not give me energy or suppress my appetite, it just made me feel very sick, possibly too strong not sure as I didn't feel hot, like as if I had taken a thermogentic at all. Stopped taking it.

Brought this after reading good reviews, gave me no energy and didn't loose any extra weight like its claiming to do. I don't consume sugar or bad fats and run every day and go to the gym, only lost the usual 1kg in 10 days. Better ways to spend the money in my opinion.

I had one pill a day for two days and now I am stuck in bed with the runs, vomiting cause nothing will stay in my tummy and pains, dizzyness and fatigue. I would not recommended this item at all, my mum had to listen to me talk about killing myself to get out of the pain on her birthday.

As any other pills, Be aware of side effects! It does cause dehydration when working out and also does tighten your stomach. you will experience casual small headaches and light dizziness and may have trouble sleeping. But if you can get pass all of that, you can really feel the weight dripping off you as you work out. Wouldn't recommend it for beginners but if you're desperate for an urgent summer body. HIGHLY recommend

I thought the below 1 star review about talking about killing themselves to get out of pain was exaggerating – they were not. I took this for 2 weeks straight and felt physically & emotionally very ‘off’ – including headaches and nausea – but dismissed it as a coincidence as there were other things going on, like not getting good enough sleep. I stopped for a few weeks, then took it again. I felt absolutely horrible physically and on top of that, felt extremely anxious, irritable and depressed in a way that was sudden and otherwise untriggered. I didn't lose any weight either, even exercising and eating healthy.

Ive been taking ripped freak for about a week now. My cravings have completly dissapeared, which is great considering I suffer from a binge eating problem. I've noticed a slight change in my weight but it has been giving me crippling anxiety. My stomach is constantly in knots and it makes it difficult for me to function.

Gave me headaches and nausea

Saw faster results in a couple of weeks (alongside training and healthy diet)
