Author Biography:

Akshay Kumar holds B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees from Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut, India (2010, 2012), and earned his Ph.D. majoring in Mathematics with a minor in Computer Science from G. B. Pant University of Agriculture and Technology, Pantnagar, India, in 2017. He serves as an Assistant Professor in Mathematics at Graphic Era Hill University, Dehradun, India, leveraging over 5 years of teaching experience. With a substantial reviewing role across 35+ international journals, including Elsevier, Springer, Emerald, MDPI, and more, he has authored 60+ research papers in reputable journals like Communications in Statistics, Emerald, Inderscience, and many others. He has also edited 2 books with international publishers like River Publisher and IGI Global Publisher. His research spans reliability theory, fuzzy reliability, signature reliability, and applied Mathematics. Dr. Ashok Singh Bhandari holds BSc and MSc degrees in Science from Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University, Srinagar, India (2013, 2015), and a Ph.D. in Mathematics from Graphic Era (Deemed to be University), Dehradun, India (2022). Currently an Assistant Professor in the Mathematics Department at Graphic Era Hill University, Dehradun, he boasts over 6 years of teaching experience. With a track record as a regular Reviewer for 6+ international journals such as Emerald, MDPI, River Publisher, and IGI Global Publisher, he has authored 9+ research papers in distinguished journals like Emerald, Inderscience, IGI Global Publisher, Springer Nature, World Scientific, and Wiley. His contributions extend to presentations at esteemed national and international conferences, centering around reliability theory and optimization. Prof. Mangey Ram received the Ph.D. degree major in Mathematics and minor in Computer Science from G. B. Pant University of Agriculture and Technology, Pantnagar, India. He has been a Faculty Member for around fourteen years and has taught several core courses in pure and applied mathematics at undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctorate levels. He is currently the Research Professor at Graphic Era (Deemed to be University), Dehradun, India & Visiting Professor at Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University, Saint Petersburg, Russia. Before joining the Graphic Era, he was a Deputy Manager (Probationary Officer) with Syndicate Bank for a short period.
