Ordered 3 months ago and the left earphone has completely snapped out and wobbles around. The screw holders themselves have actually snapped and now it's unwearable.

I got these headphones in November 2021. They didn't even last me 7 months !! within 2–3 months the plastic already cracked and chipped. And now the wire for the dongle to connect to my computer melted in my computer and is now unusable :(( !! The sound quality is fine but if you turn the volume up too loud people around you can hear your music/game. Noise-canceling is only average unless you turn the volume up a lot.

A fair headset for the price. I use it for recording games on the PS5 and the sound and mic quality are fine. But for some reason the PS5 doesn't automatically switch between TV output and Headset output – even thought it is supposed to. There is no specific PS5 support articles on why it doesn't switch. I have to keep manually switching when I use the headset or turn it off – hence: Disappointing.

My partner has had these for over a year and they have worked well , sound is still amazing but he has trouble with the microphone now , when hes gaming it will cut out and then he has to try play around with it to make it work.
The Razer Barracuda X wireless headset is so comfortable that you can wear it for hours, and its wireless USB-C dongle makes it easy to use on your PC.
For the Price spent on Wireless! seems these particular headphones sound Quality Check was fully neglected, NOT! recommended for intense cinematic gaming at ALL! Very disappointed in purchase (MightyApe – N/A). It will crackle under any EQ enhancements and can not handle the basics of Virtual Sound in gaming/music/movie. Starwars Old Republic sure as hell made these things look cheap, in fact Warehouse brand is better. You be warned Shoppers this is a Knockoff avoid any purchase recommended. (P.S if you're FX/EQ savvy, tweeting required)
MightyApe as always were fantastic. This review is about the product, not the service. I purchased this headset and a month later it began only working intermittently. I'm talking to Razer support at the moment but it's looking like a replacement under warranty.
