I've been in the fitness industry for over 20 years and have been looking for a decent protein for ages. Quest bars are tasty without having the nasty after taste, chewy and flling – ticks all my boxes

Very chocolate chunk-y which I love. These are quite a bit sweeter than other flavours, so I treat them as more of a treat as opposed to other flavours which are more part of a meal/substantial snack. Highly recommend.

This is now one of my favourite Quest Bars. Really yummy with Chocolate Chip Chunks!! Delicious!!

This tastes great and all compared to all the other Quest bars, however, this particular flavour has a high amount of sugar alcohols which has the same hormonal response as regular sugars (It will spike your blood sugar, hence more likely to put your body in a fat storing state rather than fat burning).

Also, if you look at the fibre content, it's made from pre-biotic fibre (a man-made fibre) that is likely to cause either extreme diarrhea or major constipation.

If it tastes too good to be true, it possibly is.

One of the best tasting protein bars on the market, with a respectable macro breakdown.
