Description

Purpose-driven Innovation Leadership for Sustainable Development investigates how to create a culture that supports sustainable purpose-driven innovation and growth. This book takes readers through an in-depth case study, offering invaluable insights from a ‘paradox’ lens on how to balance competing innovation demands. The research findings reveal how to develop highly adaptive and innovative responses in the face of rapid change – while simultaneously ensuring organisational stability grounded in a clear core purpose. The in-depth case study approach enables the reader to understand how to harness and transform the creative energy into practical innovations that drive meaningful change. Action and reflection questions are also included guide applications and implementation. The aim is to equip readers looking to understand and effect innovative change through sensemaking, helping them to understand how research insights can be obtained and applied, and empowering them to implement relevant principles. Purpose-driven Innovation Leadership for Sustainable Development will assist researchers, higher education educator and students with exploring purpose-driven innovation leadership principles and practices through a case study methodology. The book will also be of interest for businesses looking for evidence-based insights in an accessible and actionable format.
