Public Crisis Management is an inter-organizational primer. In detail, it describes the strengths and limitations of organizations that work together to resolve some of mankind's worst shared dilemmas. Wildland firefighting, emergency and disaster management, and public safety networks are studied to uncover what each network form does well and not so well.
