The Executive Committee reported favorably on the follow ing list of names for membership: J. Stocker Milwaukee. Chas. Slocum Superior. J. C. Lang lola. C. N. Helbing Beaver Dam. On motion, the Secretary was instructed to cast the ballot for the Association, and the above named were duly declared elected members of the Association. The President appointed the following committee on Reso lutions and Papers for this meeting: R. M. Dadd, chairman; E. G. Raeuber and E, J. Huber. R. M. Bell, of La Crosse, chairman of delegation to Minne sota Pharmaceutical Association, reported that he nor any of the other members of delegation were able to attend last year, therefore had no report to make.
