Morehead was appointed President, and Daniel Coleman and Thomas J. Wilson, Secretaries of the meeting. The Committee appointed at the last General Meeting of the Stockholders to verify proxies, reported through their Chairman, D. A. Davis, that over seven thousand shares of stock in said Company, were represented by more than one hundred individuals in person or by proxy - the same being a majority of all the shares owned by private Stockholders.
