"Good Idea, Poorly Executed."
2 stars"

The Prospect of having some aimless fun in running one's own prison seems quite good, and at first it seems like it could live up to expectation's, until you unpause the game.

With no tutorial it's hard to know how to begin, and the challenges don't provide much help either, other than a hint of an idea of what you might have to do. The next bit of trouble comes when you unpause the game, and wonder why you arn't getting prisoners, and your funds are rapidly declining. This is the second major problem with this game, (The first being a lack of tutorial), the game is incredibly slow, it took me about six hours to get a prison running semi-functionally, however prisoners only arrive every 12 hours, and only in limited number, generally one or two at a time, though it seems random. This makes the game incredibly slow, and it can get boring fast.

The Third and Major problem is the bugs. The game doesnt feel like it's been fine tuned before release, and while the lack of tutorial and slow pace may be fine for people with plenty of time, the bugs won't be. At times the game with appear to freeze up, but it comes right after about ten seconds, other times, especially if you try to delete structures, it'lll lock up all together.

Ultimatly, it had the potential to be a good game but it was poorly executed, so get's a poor rating from me.
