Author Biography
Gillian McCarthy is a qualified equine nutritionist and biochemist who has written several books and regularly writes for magazines. She has acquired a great deal of experience with horses but since 1992 has been confined to hospital or accommodation providing a special environment to help her deal with Total Allergy Syndrome, possibly brought on by her work with agro-chemicals.
