PlayStation 4 Eye Camera reviews

A great item, I took this straight around to my Mum's where all the kids were at the time & they had a ball with the camera playing on The Playroom. Very easy to set up & doesn't use up one of the PS4's USB slots it plugs into a slot in the back of the PS4 (felt a bit silly trying to put it in a USB slot at first :/) Nice & small doesn't take up much room, the camera has a wide viewing angle so picks up a lot more than the PS3 camera does, the face recognition works great, and the voice commands while not having many work just fine. The one problem so far is that there isn't much it can be used on but I'm sure it will have plenty coming for it

Believe it or not this is some nifty tech. There aren't many games or apps that have it as a necessity but it has really good effects for game streaming.

Buy it at a good price such as ~$85

Looks great got one after I heard about the facial scanning in 2k15.

This is such an awesome tool to use.. Makes the gaming experience way more fun for the whole family

Early days, but product is great. Learning the little games and ways to use it. Hopefully lots of fun to come.

Easy and very useful for ps4

I love the interaction in the playroom. It is limited though but cannot wait for a game that uses its features

The camera works, compared to Kintec this camera is tiny. I bought this for my PS4VR and works the same as the newer camera and cheaper.

The camera is perfect for playing PS VR but not too functional for simple ps4 Small arena games and only good for voice commands

The peripheral was a great addition to my system. Shame it has its own connection as it would be great if it could double as a webcam. Brought it for VR so can't wait.

I would hold out for a while cause it doesnt do much but it does make logging in easier

Playroom is pretty cool, but same here, can't wait for more augmented reality games to come out for it…just a question, did anyone get a TV mount included in the pack- It seems to be standard in the US versions, but not in the European version…
