Author Biography:

Catherine Royce certified in the New York Classical Pilates Method in Houghton, South Africa and teaches on all apparatus and all levels of ability. After graduating from the English National Ballet School she embarked on a career spanning 13 years. She now teaches both ballet and Pilates at various studios across London including The Royal Ballet School, Covent Garden. Catherine also choreographs for musical theatre and holds the title of'2007 British Bikram Asana Champion'.
