I would have expected more on pastry in this book than is here. It seems to be an addendum added to the back. The pies themselves are nothing new, maybe a good book for beginners

Fabulous book, great recipes and easy to follow. The recipes are also nice and easy.

A great pie book. Easy to follow recipes and I have tried many of the different pastry variations. It is a book that is worthy of being in any cook book collection and I will use it again and again.
My 15 yr old loves to cook from this book – not had it long and already we have sampled several delicious creations from within these covers
