I bought these as a supplement to go with my training. I didn't notice any noticeable changes in endurance or stamina and will not be buying these again.

Took as recommended and after finishing the bottle, it hasn't convinced me to go around again. Sure there were certain things it MAY have done – but I can't for sure say it was more than a Placebo effect. I'm not doubting the quality of the product, it's just this one didn't work for me.

I've used this product multiple times when I've felt my energy levels deteriorating. It always perks up my energy, which enables me to ramp up my training intensity. If you don't have low test I don't know how beneficial this will be – but for me it's been fantastic. It improves my body composition relatively quickly too. I take one in the morning and one at night. When I start taking it I usually get a hormonal break out – then my skin clears. But the energy boost is and general improvement in wellbeing is well worth it.

Love the extra energy. Muscles feel more pumped all the time. Bounce out of bed in the morning.
