Upon a statement of facts submitted to the Department of Justice last May, and subsequently embodied in a complaint, the Court held, at least for the purposes of an injunction, the agreement to be viola tive of the provisions and prohibitions of the anti-trust Act. Per haps it is still more important that the entering into such agreement, or combination, was a violation of injunctions granted by the Circuit Court in 1898 and 1899.
