N_One 300Mbps 802.11n Wireless USB Adapter with WPS, 1T2R reviews

Installed this unit and it connected and ran quite well. That is until I tried to use a USB port for a memory stick.

Suddenly unable to recognise the stick and my built in card reader no longer works. Remove the adapter and the ports and reader all work fine.

Plug the adapter back in and they all go haywire.

Same thing happens with the TV card. Won't work with the adapter connected, in fact, the adapter has to be removed and the computer rebooted before I can get the TV card to work again.

I bought 2 of these and the same happens with both. Updated drivers don't make any difference.

Keeping the adapter for a spare and going back to using the old D-Link Wireless G adapter. It's only a bit slower but more reliable and less problematic.

This is Perfect for wireless. Install Driver/Software then its plug in and use. The range is excellent. I can still get an 12% signal 30meters away through the garage and into my sleep-out. And I amonly using a cheap G type router, with N being slighter faster and better range. The price is Excellent as well, only $30. Get a Bargain.

It does what it is supposed to do!

It was easy to install and it works well. Quite a small size.

Works fine with Kubuntu and Linux Mint.

When it works it is great, but it disconnects a lot.

I was struggling with a PCIe Wifi g network card for a long time and decided to upgrade to a wifi n adapter. I was tempted by the low price of the N_One and purchased it a little while back. I haven't looked back as it is functioning beautifully. Highly recommended.
