Netgear EX3700 Wireless Range Extender reviews

Actually worked very well, had issue with the first setup but tried the alternate set up and the wifi has never been faster and range is greatly increased.

Having bought another brand which turned out to be faulty and returned I used my credit on the Netgear. What a difference! Quick and easy.

Netgear remains as one of the powerhouses in the internet router game. Really sorts out my problems now that I have sold my PC and moved to wireless. Cleaned up my desk and ultimately my life ;D. Best cheaper end extender.

Setup was easy and simple (I used manual setup as I prefer it with all my routers/modems). The downside to this extender/repeated is that it sets up as a different wifi SSID so you will not get seamless roaming on the same wifi. This may be a problem if your devices do not automatically hop from a weaker wifi point to a stronger one. I found my iPhone would try to cling onto the almost out of reach wifi point until either I manually switched wifi or until it was out of reach.

This was very easy to setup and actually doubled the speed I was getting before. Suffice to say my internet connection does not cut out anymore. Would recommend.

This extender is terrible. It doesn't even provide signal throughout our house, so now I have half of my house on one network and half on another. That is not what I was expecting. Also the signal is noticeably less reliable than my stock router, even when very close.

Its decent but not the best, range is not the best but somewhat does the job. Would invest in a better extender for long-term. This is for someone who needs a quick fix to extend there Wi-Fi range to the next room but would not recommend for more than two rooms away from it.

I live in a standard 110sq mtr 3 bedroom house. From router to the furthest room is less than 15mtrs. My router signal was still 3 of 5 bars. But laggy for streaming. The Netgear signal is worse than the router strength. Hasn't increased my data circle at all.

Easy to set up and does what it should do. Would definitely recommend.

Simple to set up and works as I hoped. The whole house is now covered.
