Author Biography:

Peter Collins is not a professional chef but he does know what to do in the kitchen to make a great meal. One of the challenges that he had was that every time that he tried to write down his recipes and put them away for safekeeping he would somehow end up losing them as he used to just write them down on any piece of paper that he could find. He simply had to find a solution to keep all of his recipes together. Peter started to look for the right solution to his dilemma and was on the hunt for a recipe book. When he could not find exactly what he wanted, he made the decision to simply create one himself. He did not find it too difficult to get through the process as he knew what he wanted and had the resources to get it done. Based on the success he had with his prototype he made the decision to make it available for others to use as well.
