I played the demo which lets you hunt in either beginner or experienced mode. I played on experience both solo and online as well. Online functionality worked perfectly, with no issues or lag, in fact the 4 of us (total strangers online) killed a Gore Magala!!! The new Insect Glaive will replace my weapon of choice from MH3U, the Long Sword. Very cool to be able to gain stat boosts using my bug from my Glaive! And of course, great fun to climb on top of a monster and whack its head/back for a bit! And even better, no more underwater battles, which were horrible in MH3U. I've preordered this – one for me, one for a friend! It's a winner!

With Online Multiplayer, it's the best Monster Hunter ever released so far.
