Don't buy these unless you plan to share them out, I tried to be cost effective and failed miserably. Other than that they were delicious! Also, I suspect they are imported so they may be gluten free, would be a cool gift for someone with gluten intolerance since the NZ mnm's contain gluten.

It is only a best before date, not an expiry date, and they do still taste fine, if anything a little old. I won't be asking for a refund or anything, but it's just a heads up to mighty ape, and to buyers. The expiry date only read “05/2018”, which really leaves only a couple days to consume so many m&m's.
Great value for money!
Nothing like a peanut party bag to cheer up a teenage birthday boy!
What do you buy the person that doesn't want a birthday present and just asks for a card--- Two bags of 1.19kg Peanut M&M's!!! My husband isn't one for birthday presents nor does he have much of a sweet tooth, but he does have a weakness for these M&M's… so they're the perfect gift for him, thank you for the prompt post/arrival too. ;o)
OK, so these aren't quiet as good as the NZ variety. They suffer the usual issue of US candies, that is that they have corn syrup as the primary sugar. Now, this is a pro for people who avoid Gluten, because the sugars are often derived from wheat in NZ M&M's (which, lets face it, contains basically 0 gluten).
Also don't buy these expecting to save money – you will eat 5× more M&M's. Bring on the insulin resistance!
If you don't mind corn syrup, sure, 5 stars. Yum!
