Mighty Mobile Unlimited Fastest (Unlimited MAX SPEED DATA) Monthly Plan + SIM Card reviews

I bought an $80 high-speed mobile card with unlimited data in October 2023, but I couldn't activate it at all. When I went to the Mighty service center seeking help, they said they couldn't do anything and directed me to chat with their help center's robot. However, the help center's robot only repeats instructions to activate without providing any guidance on what to do if I don't receive the activation message. Up until now, this issue remains unresolved. When I asked for a refund or an exchange, they claimed they were unable to assist. This has been the worst shopping experience for me.

Pre warning this is a signature required parcel it came fast but I missed it and had to wait for re delivery.

Set up process was extremely easy and was quick to port my number and at first I had zero problems until…

My text messages to my girlfriend play up anytime I put an emoji in my text and type after it, my text message will change and will mix the message with part of another text I had sent earlier. Causing my girlfriend to be confused as to what the text is even about (if you get this problem its the emojis) I wanted the fast data speeds and they were amazing for awhile, but I've already been throttled down to the slowest (almost no point getting this plan due to this so might as well get the cheapest) Chat support is extremely weird, it's out sourced by the looks of it and they reply back with constant useless messages. They just need to reply back with relevant information not spam you multiple times. Would also be nice to keep the same support person not get a new one each time you reply.

Overall, this has potential to be 5 star, but for the price with the data throttling I'm receiving there is absolutely zero point at the moment paying for the extra speed if you are just going to receive the speeds of the cheapest plan.

Now I'm locked out of my bank account.

Isnt any faster than the other might ape sim from my speed tests, all sims will also only connect to 3g.

Comes across as fantastic value, and don’t get me wrong. Unlimited max speed data really is good value. Where it falls apart is the service. The minute you hit a 3G connection good luck… Text messages are all hit and miss. Sometimes send, sometimes don’t. Customer service is absolutely appalling.

This site is a scam, never recieved. Talked to people on email, they said will send again. Never came. Please don't use Mighty Ape!
