As the other reviewer has stated, this is a brilliant racing title.

Most reviews for this game are marking it down for being to difficult. I find this game not as hard – and much more fun than Burnout Paradise.

I have the Logitech g25 racing wheel which works a dream with this game!

Overall it really is another must-have game from Rockstar. 9.5/10

"Best fun racer"

If you liked GTA IV or Gran Turismo this game is for you. If not you will still enjoy it. The Midnight Club series has been known for its fun and this definitely makes out to be the best. This is the most fun racer you can have. Insanely fast speeds and fast choices needing to be made. Definitely recommended!

"Not as good as it should be"

The feverish anticipation for the release of this title has been replaced by some frenzied playing since it was released in late October. But was the wait worth it? Well, sort of. It looks good, it plays well, but the majority of the things that made Midnight Club Dub Edition a classic are not present. 1– There is only one city. Yes it's pretty big, but you can get bored of it quickly. Dub Edition had 3 cities all with their own unique nuances, and you could change between them, which created variety. But LA gets a bit boring after a while. 2– In Dub Edition you had different divisions that you had to complete; bikes, muscle cars, SUVS, tuners and exotics. In LA you can do the majority of races in the same car. 3– Because you had three cities in Dub the races were different. In LA you keep doing the same sets of races over and over. And often in the same car. 4– Bugs. There are many in LA. If you crash during a bike race your rider comes off, and is not replaced, meaning you spend the rest of the race with no rider. If you crash your ‘ghost bike’ after that the graphics go completely bland while the game ‘redraws’ the surroundings. It looks daft. So far I am 75% of the way through and bored. The races were fun to start with, but the complete lack of variety means that those looking for a plethora of races, divisions, racing styles etc will be left unsated. But if you want to just drive the same car around LA doing the same set of races, this is your game. For my money Burnout Paradise City is far superior, and far more varied. Plus has many updates online to keep the game running well.
