I found that it was good to hear people with but they couldn't hear me well. Apparently it came off muffled because of my low voice. For the price, definitely not worth it.

Thought that this would be a cheap and nasty head set that would fail after a while. But no such thing for now. Have used it for a while and must say I am quite impressed. Although I do like the wireless types also. I have become accustomed to this one and quite like it now.
How cool is this thing- Still sorting out how to optimize the clarity, but lower volumes seem to work best in the console settings.
Can make it come through speakers, comm or both. Seems that low vol comes through best on comm rather than TV's speakers.
Made for kids as the strap does not extend.
I dont have an Xbox 360 but this plugs streight into my uniden cordelss phone and works great.
If anyone has a link for PC adapter cable please post link
Not the most fantastic mic but is still wicked cool
It is a little bit hard to use!
The headset is ok but its build funky the mics press against the skin of the neck if u move and then you begin sounding like your under water
The audio quality for the mic is AWFUL. Maybe it's because the mic doesn't properly fit a normal throat. Normal talking sounds like you're deep-throating a microphone, and yelling (Very staticky, and fuzzy)
The only good point is that the actual earphones are very good, and have a high sound output.
Otherwise, this is bad, and Mad Catz should feel bad.
Threw mine in the bin audio was alright but communicating to others was nearly impossible better to find something else
Its pretty cool to wear but when you speak little bit hard for others to hear so best if keep voice level down, which can be hard in team games haha. But for price I paid pretty happy
The mic on this unit is better at picking up conversations of other people in the lounge than the uses voice. Unfortunately the mic is not sensitive enough for the wearer to carry out in game voice commands either.
