Logitech C170 Webcam reviews

For someone just looking for a webcam the C170 is a cheap option to consider. With the low price the picture quality is not as great as ones at double its price but for its lower price it still offers decent viewable cam.

It comes with a stand that can be moved to latch it onto your computer monitors or other things that makes it painless to setup.

I live very close to the new warehouse in Silverdale so it is convenient to be able to pick up the item without paying more for postage.

Being the cheapest webcam I could find, it's great for the price and gets the job done. Both picture and sound quality are decent.

Good, works fine. Not ridiculously expensive. Mike is a bit weak.

It's a good webcam for it's price: has a good microphone for Skype chats (wouldn't recommend for voiceovers and audio/video editing), picture quality is in 720p, and not 1080p. Video recording is somewhat smooth. The cable doesn't have much protection if snagged, but if it's behind the monitor and computer it'll be fine. It seems like it is well made, and overall I'd recommend it!

I was impressed with the sound quality, the picture isn't bad either. The USB cable to connect it is a tad short though. Not a bad choice for the price point.

Needed something mic wise for gaming and this worked well, and then used in chats and so far havent had any problems. Only drawback is the short cable which just reaches my computer screens, but a USB extender can always be used.

This webcam is pretty cheap for its quality, the mic itself is really loud and picks up really well. The camera quality is real good :)

Someone looking for a basic Webcam would be more than happy with the logitech C170.
