Don McFerran is a consultant surgeon in ENT at Colchester Hospital University. Lucy Handscomb is director of the hearing therapy service at St Mary's Hospital, London. Cherilee Rutherford is a lecturer in auditory rehabilitation at UCL Ear Institute.
