Author Biography:

Geoffrey Samuel is Professor of Law at the Kent Law School and visiting Professor at the Sorbonne. He also lectures on programmes at Nancy and in Brussels. Professor Samuel is the author od Sourcebook on Obligations and Legal Remedies ( 2nd Edition Cavendish Publishing) .
