Construction of initial facilities at this recreation area is scheduled for completion by the summer of 1969, contingent upon appropriation of funds by the Legislature. This report presents a coordinated plan for the development of recreation and fish and wildlife enhancement facilities at the proposed Kettleman City Aquatic Recreation Area.
