Banff park wardens, Jessica and Sam are after the toughest predators of them all, poachers killing the Park's Grizzly bears. When they discover a decapitated bear with its paws missing they think they have interrupted hunters embroiled in an international animal parts smuggling ring. It is not until they unearth two bodies in the high country that they realize that there is something more going on. Something related to a Devil's pact with Mansur, an international terrorist with his own agenda and a man wishing to stop Asim Farouke from destroying his company's work on anti-aging that could make his fortune. The team risks their careers, lives and a new love when they uncover the plot. They appear to be the only ones to be able to stop the catastrophe when they track down Mansur and his team as they are preparing to launch a devastating missile attack on Kananaskis.
