M. In the First Presbyterian church, by Department President Marian Stratton Nation. Department President: The hour has arrived to open this convention. We are glad to meet and greet you. This being an open session, I most heartily welcome the comrades, friends and members of the order. We have with us today a distinguished guest, our National President.
