Brilliantly suited to a day at home or for 10 minutes of peace during a busy day. So relaxing and the added benefit to sore eyes from being chilled before applying is to die for.

This is obviously designed for someone with a head the size of a tennis ball, I've an average sized heat and even with the Velcro on the elastic straps at its limit it was still extremely uncomfortable; the face mask was was stretched to the point where it bunched in places and it put far too much pressure on my eyes (which is dangerous). I didn't heat the mask but as far as the cooling goes, the fluffy side hardly transferred any change in temperature at all (even with the beads frozen) whereas the opposite was too cold to place on my face for longer than a minute.

Great cooling effect when chilled, made my eye area less puffy with enough coolness passing through the mask. I have a big head and it fits fine. Be good if you could pick the colour though!

I get migraines and often having a hot wheat pack on my forehead in hot weather is awful, this is such a great alternative pain relief
