Author Biography:

Lonnie Johnson PhD was born 1952 in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He studies at St John's University and the University of Vienna and worked at the Institute of European Studies, an undergraduate programme, and the Institute for Human Sciences, a centre of advanced study, in Vienna before assuming a position at Austrian Academy Exchange Service.
