Author Biography:

Hamid Moini is a professor of Finance specializing in corporate finance and management education at the University of Wisconsin, USA. He was a Visiting Professor of Finance at Aalborg University, Denmark when the book was written. Over the past 27 years, Dr. Moini has focused on development of global market entry strategies for smaller firms and management education in the contemporary global context. He has published books and many articles in the leading journals in finance and international business. Arnim Decker is an Assistant Professor at the Centre for International Business, Aalborg University, Denmark. He received his doctoral degree from Universidad de Complutense de Madrid in Spain. John Kuada is Professor of International Business & Intercultural Management at Department of Business Studies, Aalborg University, Denmark. He is the coordinator of the Master's degree programmes in International Business Economics and International Marketing at the university. He has extensive experience as a business consultant and training advisor in areas of management, marketing and cross-border inter-firm relations in Europe and Africa. He is the author and/or editor of some 10 books on management and internationalization of firms and has written over 100 articles in refereed scholarly and professional journals on a wide range of international business issues including international marketing, intercultural management, leadership and strategy. Arnim Decker also studied Business Economics and Finance at the University of Cologne in Germany. His research interests include studies on industrial clustering, internationalization, and innovation.
