Description

This title looks at the lives of pandas - from their birth to growing up, how they feed, grow, rest and clean. Colour photographs show the panda at every stage of its life. The text allows young readers to understand a panda's life. There is also information about the threats that pandas face and how we can help them to survive in the future. Endorsed by the World Wildlife Fund, the "In the Wild" series offers colour-illustrated titles that explore the habitats, lifestyles and habits of animals living in the wild and would be useful for the study of life cycles at Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 science.
