Honey Moon and Harry Moon creator Mark Andrew Poe's abiding interest has been to reflect, through story-telling, the power of virtue and what it means to be a hero in the challenging modern world. Growing up, Mark, never thought about being a creator of children's books. His dream was to care for animals, specifically his friends in the rabbit community. Mark became a nationally sought after health care advocate for the care and well-being of rabbits. Over the years, Mark conceived of a series of stories about a boy with a special connection to a world of deep magic, all revealed through a remarkable rabbit-friend known simply as Rabbit. As the world of Harry Moon expanded, Mark built a creative team to help bring Harry Moon's many stories to life. The Harry Moon and Honey Moon series have been compared to Narnia, Harry Potter, and Diary of a Wimpy Kid. Mark lives in suburban Chicago with his wife and twenty five rabbits.
