Author Biography

Martine Oborne was originally a financial director but now writes for both children and adults and owns two gift shops for children. Her bestselling picture book, One Gorgeous Baby, is also published by Macmillan. Axel Scheffler is a star illustrator within the children's book world, and has created many prize-winning and bestselling books for Macmillan. He has enjoyed particular success in his collaborations with Julia Donaldson. Their books include The Gruffalo, The Gruffalo's Child and Charlie Cook's Favourite Book.
