Interesting how Gvalkor keeps posting his thoughts on the halo 3 release, then checking if anyones replied?? If you don't care about Halo 3 then why are you even looking at this page? Go play world of warcraft. Calling people fanboy?, ok heres a name for you DOUCHE.
In fact, the only thing awesome about this game is that it'll signal the end for Microsoft. Talk about putting all your eggs in one basket.
As for the rude poster below, I suggest you treasure the remaining time you have with your Xbox360, cause just like the last Microsoft console, you'll need to replace it long before the current generation of gaming is done.

Based on the Halo 3 Beta and the previous games, im going to have to say that this game should rock! Bungie Studios has created one of the best franchises of all times and i hope to hell that they continue Halo's legacy.
Honestly, why do the Sony fan-boys have to rubbish a game franchise that they have never played simply because it isn't available on PS. The people that are more loyal to Xbox can honestly say that GTA and God of War are great franchises, but the PS junkies are whining sycophants who refuse to admit that Xbox has some decent games too!
I please ask that unless you have something to say about this game that is relevant or supported by evidence (i.e. the Beta) could you please shut the *%^ up! Yes im looking at the whiner who posted below.
Interesting how people are writing “reviews” for this game even though it's still near on half a year till it comes out. But it'a always good to have a forum for popular opinion.
Most Xbox360 owners will be hoping that this will blast Sonys PS3 out of the water, cause to be honest, if this game can't then nothing on this system can. But how can 360 owners not be worried looking at how Halo 2 turned out??!!
The previous posters are probably fan boys, and no matter how bad this game turns out will stick behind it 100%. They probably even thought the story in Halo 2 was good!!
Halo 3 is one of the most hyped games of this year true, but after the dust settles this game will thouroughly dissapoint. Not a contender for Game of the Year, in fact by recent press publishings it looks to be a 4 horse race between Assasin's Creed, GTA 4, Mass Effect and (Shock Horror!!) God of War 2, a lowly PS2 game!
Closing comments: If you don't really care how the game turns out be sure to at least pre order the limited or legendary editions, I mean why pre order the regular edition when this will be the copy for sale even after release?! If you want a good game, wait till after release to see how this goes.
