Author Biography

Professor John F. Guilmartin is Associate Professor of History at the Ohio State University. He is also a Vietnam War veteran, having flown over 120 combat missions and winner of two Silver Stars. He has been the editor of the Air University Review, and the author of numerous publications including Galleons and Galleys and A Very Short War.
