Def worth it for the price.cant beat this fame really played it ages ago on the 360 nw got it on the p3.

We all loved GTA San Andreas. It had all the production values you would expect from Rockstar Games and it was absolute fun because of its over-the-top action and silliness.

This time around Rockstar Games takes on a more realistic route and wow I was impressed. One of the best stories in a game in recent memory for me, excellent production values and all the freedom and open-world elements we have come to expect from the GTA series minus some of the over-the-top-ness we have been used to.

If you miss the over-top-segments, you can always get the Episodes from Liberty City, the Ballad of Gay Tony episode contains them.

Its like comparing the old Tim Burton Batman movies series and the new Christopher Nolan series. The old one was known for its loyalty to comics which meant the usual silly and typical superhero elements but great entertainment while the latter is more realistic but still as entertaining if not better.

Its a blast and a game every gamer must play atleast once. Does it get repetitive after a while, yes but if you can slog through 100 hours of an RPG, I cannot see why you wont in this game (nowhere near that long) and which always makes you look forward to the next story segment in an excellent story.

I loved it even though I ended up breaking my wireless controller halfway through the game. But it was an enjoyable game. It took me 2weeks to complete the story 2 thumbs up

I liked driving cars in saints row 3 better than this game, this game is too realistic which takes out the fun from driving. Realism is perfect in shooting missions how you see enemies in pain blood pouring as they die, gta san andreas storyline was way better than this game, I mean the main guy in gta 4 works for many people but it would of been cool if he was like a boss taking over all others, now im waiting for gta 5, hope they make it mean because sadly saints row is winning the competition right now

A really good expansion to a successful series

GTA IV is truly an amazing game.

With its completely revamped location and deep compelling story, this game is a great edition to the GTA family.

If you are a GTA fan, GTA IV will not disappoint.

Admittedly when I first started, I found the controls awkward and unyielding. Driving was as if on ice. The automatic camera shift to the direction of movement was frustrating. But after a while it all came back.

And now I am ploughing through traffic again, in all the ways I sometimes wish I could in real life.

Liberty City is huge, and naturally there are endless quests. Your character, Nico Bellic, has somewhat of an enigmatic past, and a wit so sharp you could trim your whiskers on it.

The storyline is compelling, a little gritty, absolutely over-the-top, and in keeping to true GTA humour.

The new game mechanics work well, even if they take a little getting used to. The cover and targeting systems work nicely (though occasionally pesky when trying to zap those collectibles), and make it that much easier when facing off against an entire gang of Eastern European thugs.

If anything, the only negative thing I have to say is the friend/dating system is a certainly uninteresting. Sometimes it seems that your friends are somewhat needy, and to ignore them is to turn down some definite in-game bonuses.

Otherwise a classic example of an entertaining, very playable and satisfying GTA.

This is one of my favorite games. It is really realistic game with good graphics. Worth the money

I was never a huge fan of Grand Theft Auto, I really enjoyed Vice City but I just got board all my brothers ever played was the different Grand Theft Auto's then IV came along & I can tell you it is great fun, heaps of missions, some great laughs, one hell of a lot of things to blow up :D Defenatly not a kids game you really don't want them picking up on some of that language but for an adult its a great laugh. If you want to complete everything this game has to offer you have a long game ahead well worth a buy even if you just want to have some fun driving round for the hell of it the grafics are well worth it

A classic

An amasing game one of the first games I got with my ps3. I would strongly recomend it to anyone 9/10

Awsome game mean levels.Awsome strtegic game with in tense missions .The problem is that its not a very good map like recent gta not as big as the san andreas map.

GTAIV is probably the most overrated game of all time. But don't take that the wrong way, it's still a great game. The game world of Liberty City looks gorgeous, and is incredibly dense. GTAVI has the best story of any GTA game since GTAIII, and it is definitely the biggest draw card here. However, in terms of variety, and things to do, GTA San Andreas was a lot better. But don't let that put you off, GTAVI's combat is by far the most coherent of any GTA game, and driving is more fun than ever thanks to a plethora of exotic cars.

There is an online multiplayer, which features a mass of different game types, but unless you can get over the lag, you probably won't spend too much time here. So all in all, you can probably expect at least 50 hours game play out of GTAVI, maybe double if you want to replay the campaign differently.

So yes GTAVI is a good game, just don't buy it expecting the be all and end all of gaming that critics will have you believe it is.

One of the best games ever! with a great storyline and 1080p graphics and now the DLCs have been confirmed this is the time to buy.

I have had this game now for 4 months and im still going on it. I can play it for hours and the time flys, or just have small goes. Its well suited for both and for any age to play to, as long as your ok with killing and running people over. There is so many places to explore and things to do. This game is going to keep me going for many months to come. Awesome game.

Grand Theft Auto 4 has lived upto its expectations.At first, I was wondering why it was given 10/10 rating, but after i have played it the answer is obvious. This game is a MUST for everyone!
