It fits the Kinect 2 sensor securely with it's latch mechanism so it doesn't need any screws! The rubber pads also gives it a really good grip to sustain the heavy weight of the sensor. The front glossy plastic panel is subtle and makes an impression that it's a part of the sensor. I'm really impressed with the quality of this one.

Being on top of TV the kinect sensor works much better
Does exactly what it says – holds the camera well, and looks good.
Easy to set up and adjust . The Kinect locks into place. Excellent design
