This wireless card works perfectly and is (with the latest revision) based on the high-quality Intel AC 8260 wifi module! Do note that you'll need to connect a short cable from the card to your motherboard to use the bluetooth feature.

The card works amazingly well… If you do not download, and use the Intel pro-set wireless driver for it. However without Intel's driver the card loses blue-tooth functionality. Using the Intel driver causes the cards transfer speed to periodically get stuck at 11.0 MB/s when connected to a 2.4 GHz wireless network, and stay there until you reset the hardware. So if you plan on only ever using the 5GHz network, you should have no issues.
On a final note the base of the aerial has a magnet in it, allowing for the aerial to be mounted on the sides of most PC cases, which believe it or not, is kinda handy.
Great price for what you get. Uses the same Intel 7260 chipset as the more expensive Intel AC wireless card for desktops. Performs great, strong signal and fast speeds.
As soon as you plug it in it works, so no drivers needed for basic function. Comes with a driver disc containing gigabyte software for WLAN and cloud utility and stuff. Good speeds and is only limited by my internet speed of 2mb/s. Has no ugly connection software as it goes through the windows connection service. Good buy, worth the little extra cash.
Way better than the USB wifi dongle that I used to use on my desktop pc. This is worth the investment.
As the summary suggests it's as simple as plugging in the network card into an available PCIe slot, then plugging the Bluetooth into a USB header and it's ready to go. Assuming Windows 10 is your operating system it will automatically download & install the necessary drivers so it'll work the moment you start your PC. It maintains a strong signal and gets me almost 100mbps/12.5mbs when connected to a 5GHz Wi-Fi. As a bonus, the radio antenna has a magnetic base so it can sit firmly on your rig. This is absolutely worth the generous asking price for motherboards in need of a wireless network option.
Its a great product and does exactly what its supposed to.
Just a side note: The image on this product page is a picture of the revision 1 model when in fact you get the revision 2 product.
The instructions tell you exactly what to do, just plug in and you're off! Uses up a huge amount of your internet potential even though it's wireless. Antenna is nice and slim line with a magnet on the bottom to attach to the side of your PC case. Great card, would recommend over any USB wireless dongle.
Have some issues with wireless and Bluetooth when both are on
Perfect for gigabit connections! Easy install was a breeze for even a first time builder…
Overall happy with this card however, the Bluetooth drivers seem to be hit and miss on the latest Windows 10 updates. Occasionally I need to reinstall the drivers to get Bluetooth to work again. Easy to do but annoying when Bluetooth doesn't work when I go to use it.
Great product and good range.
Awesome little card, easy too install, works a treat, highly recomend
Easy to install, and the wireless receiver having a magnetic base allows it to be on the top or side of my case with no issues. It is as fast as using an ethernet cable.
Just over 100mbps not tested at great distance as is 6 foot from ont No free USB headers so Bluetooth not tested gigabyte could not tell me which 4 pins were needed on the cable for Bt as I do have 4 pins free on one MB header Would not say if I could use USB 3 to input via the onboard USB A socket But it works fine for WIFI at full speed
Easy to install software with device worked perfectly Excellent range and works well
Network card works perfect.
Great card good throughout, uses the Intel® Wireless AC 8260 card on the newest revision (M.2 card) highly recommend
Straightforward set up, works well.
Fantastic device to bridge the gap between my Gaming Desktop & 802.11ac router. Transferring files at a couple of GB's is painless and only takes a minute or so.
Easy to install, seems to be very quick
Great connection and easy to setup!
This little card is just perfect. Works straight out of the box and has great connection and speed. Would recommend.
Works just as its meant to and have had no problems with it thus far
