Peter Kropholler is Professor of Pure Mathematics at the University of Southampton. Ian Leary is Professor of Pure Mathematics at the University of Southampton. Conchita Martínez-Pérez is Professor of Pure Mathematics at the University of Zaragoza. Brita Nucinkis is Professor of Mathematics at Royal Holloway, University of London.
