Author Biography

Elaine Ambrose is a bestselling author of eight books, including The Magic Potato - La Papa M gica, a bilingual storybook adopted for the Idaho statewide school curriculum. A visit to Ireland sparked her interest in folklore and inspired Gators & Taters, a collection of stories she told to her children and now reads to her grandchildren. Elaine lives and eats potatoes in Idaho.
