Author Biography

Robert Shapiro has held numerous posts in US politics, advising Bill Clinton, Al Gore, John Kerry, Michael Dukakis, Dan Moynihan amongst others. He spent four years (1997- 2001) as U.S. Under Secretary of Commerce for Economic Affairs. He is currently the co-founder and chairman of Sonecon, LLC, which advises US and foreign businesses, governments and non-profit organisations.
