Been using it a few days and even though it is hot, there is always ice. If you don't like ice that melts quickly, may not be for you as it can melt a little more quicker than what would come out of the freezer, but if you are just wanting ice, it does the job

Bought this as a gift for my husband. The challenge we've had is that we all love icy cold drinks but always consume the ice faster than we can make it......as a result there were one too many occasions where hubby would miss out! Since buying the machine we've ALL had icy cold water, our freezer is always stocked and whenever we need more we just flick on the ice maker and we have a new batch of ice in less than 10 minutes! Now the kids hubby and I are drinking way more water and no one misses out on cold beverages! Love it! Definitely recommend to any other household who run out of ice, this would be perfect for boats, campervans, sleepouts, office…anywhere! Can't recommend enough! We've used this almost everyday for a month and have not had any issues. 5 stars

Bought it and was unsure if it would keep up with a group, and safely say it did a great job, everyone alway had pletly of ice even when filling 4+ cups at a time, even when emptied out completely it would make enough ice by the time the drinks were finished to fill everyone up again. Timed it on a stopwatch and took bang on 9 minutes as advertised to make the next batch of ice. Very happy

Was initially skeptical as the first batch of ice was very small. But once the machine cools down, the ice gets bigger and better.

I love this, it's installed in my living room for the end of the summer then will move to the laundry. Excellent purchase, I love the speed and efficiency of it (also the theatre, it's cool to watch!)

Best one for its price. So easy and simple to use. I use it so much it basically stays on while I'm awake. I've had it since the first lock down and its still running smoothly. It's a little tricky to clean but other than that its perfect

Just broke at the hottest time of the year didn’t even last a year and only used periodically not happy will not make ice any more

This is my first ice machine. But this one is just average, the lid is light, the ice sits at the top where the sensors are which triggers the ice full when the basket is nowhere near full. The ice also melts faster than what is stated. Abit disappointed but for the price it's average.

We use this constantly. Everyone is drinking a lot more water in our house. It is easy to use refill and clean.

I brought this last year for my fiancès Valentines gift. He uses it all the time for parties, he even lets family members borrow it. It has been sooo useful for summer – everyone keeps asking me where I purchased it from hehe.

Good counter top machine. Relatively quiet and pumps out ice at decent rate. Initial ice cubes take a while but as the run off from ice cubes cool the reservoir starts to pick up pace (aprox 30 minutes). Ice cube collection spot could be bigger as it fills up quite fast but if your frequently using it won't be a bother. Would recommend this machine!
