This is a great game but beware that this is not the deluxe edition with the travel and normal game included. It is just the Gryphon games edition. Besides that it is a great game.

My whole family, which includes grandchildren aged 9 to 13, loves For Sale because it is fast and fun, but it also encourages strategic thinking, even in the younger ones. Highly recommended for all age groups.
This game is such a simple concept, but very well executed. This game is a lot like poker and a lot comes down to reading how your opponents will play. It is also very portable having just two decks and a bunch of coin counters.
So simple yet great fun. Game is payed in two phases.
First phase – distribute the bidding coins. Now play the property cards and everyone takes turns bidding to buy the properties until they're all sold.
Second phase – play the currency (money) cards then everyone plays one of their property cards, highest property value gets highest currency value and so on. Once all properties sold and currency cards collected, count the money (currency cards plus any unused bidding coins for each player) to determine winner.
Simple but brilliant fun!!!
