If you like Pandemic, Shadows over Camelot, or Lord of the Rings (Knezia), you'll love Flash Point. It is a coop fire fighting rescue game with all players working together.

It borrows a lot from Pandemic, but personally, I think it does a better job at keeping all players involved, unlike Pandemic, which suffers when more experienced players end up telling everyone what to do, and it becomes a play by proxy game. Flashpoint involves all players continuously. Two games (Family and Advanced) and several skill levels, not to mention cheap expansions ($22 each at some suppliers), will keep you coming back for more.

Flash Point is a great game for both experienced gamers and younger players alike. The game can be set up in either easy or advanced mode. Easy mode is great for teaching kids about fire safety and introducing them to boardgames, whereas advanced mode throws in extra modifiers like hot spots, toxic chemicals, and the ability to use the water gun on the fire engine. This is an excellent game and one my family really enjoys.
