I'd formed an opinion of this movie before even seeing it and was pleasantly surprised. There's an actual story line, not just all computer generated graphics and this story line holds one's interest through the entire movie. For those worried that their children may be scared by this movie, yes, there are some terrifying looking beasts, BUT none of them does anything in the least ‘scary’…in fact Harry Potter is scarier in many aspects.
The start of more magic fun…looking forward to seeing the next 2.
This is a very enjoyable movie, the characters are slightly awkward, but still easy to like. The muggle though is definitely the show stealer. The main character reminds me of my son who is ASD with the lack of eye contact, it was nice to see that in a mainstream movie without it being the main point of the movie. Both my boys enjoyed it (they're 13 and 14) and so did I.

Recommend watching this if you want to know more about the wizarding world that's beyond the Harry Potter series.
